Dr. Ádám Liber, LLM, FIP, CIPP/E, CIPM is a senior Intellectual Property and Privacy Lawyer admitted to the Budapest Bar. He advised dozens of multinational clients on issues relating to international data transfers, outsourcing, direct marketing, employee monitoring, CCTV, DPA investigations, set-up of internal-whistleblowing schemes and compliance programs. Dr. Liber received his legal education at the Law Faculty of Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, as well as in part-time studies at the University of Leipzig in Germany; he completed his postgraduate (US LLM) legal studies at Suffolk University Law School (Boston, Massachusetts). Dr. Liber is a certified intellectual property expert (HIPO) and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Competition Law from Pázmány Péter Catholic University in Budapest. He currently serves as a General Secretary for the Hungarian Competition Law Association. He is fluent in English and German.
Dr. Tamás Bereczki, CISM, CRISC, CIPP/E is a privacy lawyer admitted to the Budapest Bar. Tamás has a unique legal, information security, data protection and IT risk management expertise. He graduated at the Law Faculty of Eötvös Loránd University and after passing his bar exams he received his Bsc. in Computer Sciences and Engineering at the John Von Neumann Faculty of Informatics of University of Óbuda. He holds Isaca and IAPP professional certifications in information security, data protection and privacy. He is fluent in English.
